The Pre-licensing course may be taken either in a classroom environment or via virtual/distance learning. If you opt for the classroom version, you will receive an MV-278 Prelicensing Certificate of Completion. Whatever Driving Lessons Edinburgh select to take all courses follow the same curriculum content. The provider will report your completion to the DMV after you've completed your course.
